Car-wash: Meet up at 6:30am in the Front Parkinglot of the School. We will do a run before we begin setting up for the car-wash, which will start at 8:30am.

Big Bear Cross Country Camp. For those of you going you must talk to Coach to get all the info about this challenging but fun trip. Up to 18 athletes will be allowed to go.

Shakey's Night Fundraiser: Make sure you bring as many people to eat as you can.
They need to mention Rosemead Cross Country Fund Raiser before they make the purchase.

Try-outs at Mt. SAC: Make sure you have a ride to get there. Notify Coach if you need a ride.
Course will be 2 miles.

Uniforms: You must go pick up your Uniform during Lunch.
First Group; You will go from the #1 athlete and up to 16.
Second Group; You will go from the #16 athlete and up. Uniforms will be passed out by the girls locker room. Be on time. Only Athletes who have turned in their green card are allowed to get a uniform.

OUR INVITATIONAL - If you are not racing you need to be early at the school. We need a lot of help / work to make this invite a success.

Santa Clarita Invitational - We will go to Six Flags after our races. Tickets will be sold at the Race location for only $30. If you are going to race but can not stay to go to Six Flags make sure you have your parent pick you up from the race location at Castaic Park.

Team Banquet: Rosemead Rec. Center (6:30pm) - Night to award the athletes and their achievements for the successful 2011 Cross Country season. Plenty of Food for everyone. XC Athletes are Free, guests pay $5.
